Delivery and returns
What delivery costs, how long it takes, and how to send something back.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders above ₹999.
Below that, the delivery charge is shown per product and again at checkout, before you pay. It is charged separately from the price, never hidden inside it. GST is added on top of the product price, and the invoice shows both.
How long it takes
Orders are packed within 1–2 working days of being confirmed.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after that, depending on where you are. Remote pincodes can take a little longer.
Paying on delivery
Cash on delivery is available. You can also pay with your Vivantika wallet balance, in full or in part — wallet money is spent at face value, with nothing deducted.
Returns — the 7-day window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The window for each product is shown on its own page, and a few items are marked as not returnable — those cannot be sent back once delivered.
The product must come back unused and in its original packing, with everything it arrived with.
How to return something
Open My orders, choose the order, and raise a return on the items you want to send back. You can return part of an order — it does not have to be all of it.
We check the request and approve it. You will see the status against that order at every step.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, the refund goes to your Vivantika wallet straight away. It covers the product price and the GST paid on it. The delivery charge is not refunded, because that journey already happened.

Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled from My orders any time before it is dispatched. If you had paid from your wallet, that money is returned to the wallet.
If a product bought for joining is returned
Some products count towards joining the Vivantika network. Returning them can take your total below what joining needs, and the membership from that order then ends.
The return is still yours to make — we would rather you had the right product than the wrong one.
