When we reply
We answer between 10am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Messages that arrive at night or on a Sunday are answered the next working morning.
About an order
Have your order number ready — it starts with SH and is on the order page and in your email. With that number we can see exactly where your order is, and sort most things in one reply.
Returns and refunds
A return is quickest to raise yourself, from My orders. Write to us if the product arrived damaged, if something is missing from the parcel, or if the return window has closed and you think we should still look at it.
